What is a Feedback Portal

The Feedback Portal is an excellent solution for sharing your feature ideas and collecting feedback on your product roadmap and business initiatives. You can share the portal with your end customer or with specific teams within your organization.

Portals are created based on the team's internal Idea Board that is build based on the received user Insights that are grouped into actionable feature Ideas or Initiatives.

The result is a Portal that can be shared with stakeholders and end users to deliver updates and plans as well as to gain feedback from the Portal visitors.
