Overview

Feedback Portals are customizeable to reflect on your brand color in background and it can be embedded into your site or application with the right width and height settings.

To access the Portal's settings follow these steps:

  1. Access the "Portal" menu

  2. Select the Portal you want to customize

  3. Visit the "Settings" menu

General settings

Under the General settings menu you can modify the following details:

  • title of the portal

  • URL of the portal

  • description of the portal

  • remove StoriesOnBoard branding

Embed settings

Under the Embed settings you can customize the portal's appearance as following:

  • width of the portal

  • height of the portal

  • color of the background of the portal

  • access embed code

Insights settings

Under Insights settings you can update the tagging settings for new customer feedback placed on the portal. You can select any of the following tagging options:

  • off (no tagging)

  • create a tag by the portal's title

  • create a custom tag

💡 Tip - Learn more about the Insight inbox

If you select the "Create a tag by the portal's title" or "Create a custom tag" and anyone will place a new feedback on the portal, the new insight in the Insight inbox will be created and automatically be tagged by the selected tag associated with the portal particularly.
