Overview of Insight inbox

Insight inbox is an interface within Feedback management where you can create, oversee and organize product related user, stakeholder or team insights. Any insight sent by stakeholders will land in the inbox.

Activities in the Insight inbox

  • create insights

  • create insight lists in the inbox

  • mark insights important

  • label up insights

  • link insights to ideas

  • link insight to a user story in the backlog

  • set up insight automations

  • convert insights to ideas

  • archive insights

  • connect the inbox to CRM systems

  • set up email address to receive insights

  • set up a Chrome extension to receive insights

How to access the Insight inbox

To access the Insight inbox, make sure you are holding a valid license on a Plus or Premium plan. Furthermore, an Admin must enable you Feedback management on the Product entity you work with. The follow these steps:

  1. Choose the right product you wish to access

  2. Select the "Insights" menu to access the inbox

Who can access the Insight inbox

Only licensed users can access the internal details processed within the Feedback management module.

Subscription Admin, Admin and Members can access the insight inbox, idea board and portals. - Observer users can only submit insights for the team and access public portals.
