How to add or revoke Feedback management access for users

Who can access Feedback management

Feedback management is available in Plus and Premium plans for users holding a license and their access is granted by an admin.

Subscription Admin, Admin and Members can access the insight inbox, idea board and portals. - Observer users can only submit insights for the team and access public portals.

How to enable Feedback management for users

To enable Feedback management for users, you need to hold an Admin role. Then follow these steps:

  1. Visit the "Users" menu

  2. Find the user you want to grant access to Feedback management

  3. Assign the user to the product where you need to grant the access

  4. Enable the user's access to feedback management

Please note if a licensed user is already added to the product and has no access to Feedback management, you need to remove the user from the product and add it back. Then the user's access can be granted to Feedback management.


Step-by-step guide to enable Feedback management for users

To enable Feedback management for a licensed user, visit the "Users" menu. Find the user you want to grant access to, find which product you want to enable Feedback management for the user and add it to the product.

Then simply enable Feedback management access for the user on the particular product.



How to remove user's access to Feedback management

To remove users' access to Feedback management on a product is very similar to how you can grant access to users as shown above. To remove user access to Feedback management follow these steps:

  1. As an Admin visit the "Users" menu

  2. Find the user you want to revoke access to Feedback management

  3. Remove the user on the product where you need to revoke the access

  4. Then add back the user to the product and make sure you do not grant access to Feedback management

How to access Feedback management

Feedback management is accessible from the left side menu under the Insight, Idea and Portal menus as following:

Insight inbox

This is where your insights and feedbacks from stakeholders will arrive. Then you can organize insights, link them to ideas on the idea board or set automations for sorting teh received insights.

Idea board

This is where you create and organize actionable feature ideas or initiatives. Connect stakeholder insights from the insight inbox to ideas on the idea board. Prioritize and push ideas into the backlog for planning and execution.

Portal preview

Communicate selected ideas and initiatives to stakeholders. Allow them to upvote on ideas supporting the prioritization processes or let them send new feedback to the project.
