Who can access Feedback management
Only licensed users can access the internal details processed within the Feedback management module.
Subscription Admin, Admin and Members can access the insight inbox, idea board and portals. - Observer users can only submit insights for the team and access public portals.

User permissions for Feedback Management
Different roles have different type of access to Feedback management tools:
Subscription Admin, Admin:
can manage users (add, invite, delete, lock, provide access to feedback management tools)
edit insights and ideas
submit insights and ideas
edit public descriptions
invite members, observers
add comments
Member:
edit insights and ideas
submit insights and ideas
edit public description
add comments
invite members and observers (if the respective permission is granted)
Observer:
submit insights
Which plans include feedback management
Feedback management is available in Plus and Premium plans.
