How to edit the Feedback Portal's visibility
By default your new Portal will be created with private visibility. If you wish to set your Portal to be public and shared with stakeholders and end users via a public URL you must update its visibility by following these steps:
Make sure you selected the right Product entity
Select the "Portal" menu
Choose your portal
Select the "Share" button
Choose visibility

Choose the right Product as each Product entity comes with its own Insight inbox, Idea Board and Portals.
Select the portal you wish to edit or update its visibility.
Click on the "Share" option and select set the portal's visibility to Public or Private as a draft according to your objectives.
If you set a portal public, a public URL will appear to preview the portal. Anyone has access to this URL will be able to access the public portal.
Take a look at the public portal view below. Visitors can check ideas / initiatives on the board, upvote or submit feedback to the team.
