What is the Idea board
The Idea board is an interface within Feedback management where you can create, oversee and organize product related actionable feature ideas and initiatives. The Idea board contains ideas and valuable insights from users and stakeholders. Insights can be linked from the Insight inbox to Ideas on the board.

The structure of the Idea board
The Idea board's structure is customizable. You have the possibility to shape it according to your project and workflow requirements and set up the lists (statuses) as you need.
You could create any custom lists, statuses for example:
Now - Next - Later
Must have - Should have - Could have - Will not have
Under consideration - Planned - In progress - Released - Canceled
Activities on the Idea board
Create Ideas
Update Ideas
Create and assign labels to Ideas
Create lists to indicate status or workflow steps
Search Ideas
Setup custom views
Share the Idea board
Export Idea board
Archive or restore Ideas
Delete Ideas from archive
Upvote Ideas
Create new insights for Ideas
Link Insights from the Inbox to Ideas
How to access the Idea board
To access the Idea board, make sure you are holding a valid license on a Plus or Premium plan. Furthermore, an Admin must enable you Feedback management on the Product entity you work with. The follow these steps:
Choose the right product you wish to access
Select the "Idea" menu to access the Idea board
Who can access the Idea board
Feedback management is only available in Plus and Premium plans for users who hold valid license. Furthermore, an Admin must grant access for users to access Feedback management that includes the Idea board itself.
