Ideas can be archived. If you archive an Idea it will be moved to archive with all insights connecting to the Idea itself. You can any time restore or delete an archived Idea. 

1. Visit the Idea board
2. Find the Idea you want to archive
3. Select the three dots menu
4. Choose "Archive"

1. Visit the Idea board
2. Open the Idea you want to archive
3. Select the three dots menu
4. Choose "Archive"

1. Visit the Idea board
2. Select the "Show archived ideas" menu
3. Find the Idea you want to restore 
4. Select the three dots menu
5. Select " Restore"

To delete an Idea permanently, you need to archive it first then visit the archive and delete the idea. 

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ Please, note that deleing Ideas cannot be undone! Deleting Ideas will also permanently delete all connected insights as well.

1. Visit the Idea board
2. Select the "Show archived ideas" menu
3. Find the Idea you want to delete
4. Select the three dots menu
5. Select the "Delete" option
6. Confirm your action

Choose the bin icon to delete all Ideas from archive

1. Visit the Idea board
2. Select the "Show archived ideas" menu
3. Choose the bin icon to delete all Ideas from archive
4. Confirm your action
