Overview

In order to keep your ideas organized and deliver critical information for stakeholders you can create labels. Labels help in communication and grouping Ideas around certain topics or display essential information on Ideas.

How to create labels for ideas

Create labels on the idea board

  1. Open the Idea board by selecting the "Idea" tab in the menu

  2. Select the three dot menu on any idea

  3. Choose "Labels"

  4. Select "Add new label"

  5. Enter the title of the label

  6. Select color for the label

  7. Enable or disable label visibility on portal

  8. Save your settings

Create labels on an idea

  1. Open the Idea board by selecting the "Idea" tab in the menu

  2. Select an idea

  3. Choose the plus sign to add new labels

  4. Select "Add new label"

  5. Enter the title of the label

  6. Select color for the label

  7. Enable or disable label visibility on portal

  8. Save your settings

How to add or remove labels on ideas

  1. Find the idea and select the three dots menu

  2. Select the "Labels" menu

  3. Select a label to add

If a label is already added to an idea it is marked with a pipe sign.

To remove a label on an idea, simply select the label that is marked with the pipe.

How to edit or delete labels

If you need to edit a label or change its parameters simply click on the three dots icon of the label you wish to modify or delete.

  1. Access the label menu

  2. Find the label you want to edit

  3. Select the three dots icon

  4. Then edit or delete the label

If you selected the editing option you will be able to update the following parameters of the label:

  • Title

  • Color

  • Visibility on portal
