What is an idea
In StoriesOnBoard's Feedback management, Ideas are larger building blocks in the product development process that incorporate several insights. They serve as the middle level in the product feedback hierarchy.
Ideas are used to organize the noise of insights and define actionable new features or initiatives. They help the internal team organize upcoming activities, make meaningful discussions, and prioritize what to consider and include in the product backlog as a new Idea or initiative based on the received user feedback or insights.
Ideas are presented on a customizable Idea Board where you can define your own structure, prioritize, organize, label ideas, and set custom views to display relevant ideas only.
