In order to find Ideas quickly and efficiently you can search in Ideas' title or description or setup filters on the board to access information quickly. Filters allow the team to customize the idea board and display the necessary information.
How to search ideas on the idea board
Enter your search criteria into the search field. You can search in the title and description of Ideas.
How to filter ideas on the idea board
In order to narrow your focus it is possible to filter ideas on the idea board and display only those you are looking for as following:
Select the "Filter" option
Choose your value for "Filter by status"
Choose your value for "Filter by label"
Matching ideas to your criteria will be automatically displayed
How to add new filter to the idea board
Once you applied a filter on the idea board you can also save that view for later and come back to it at any time as below:
Chose parameters for "Filter by status" and "Filter by label" options
Select "Create a saved view" option
Enter the name of your view
How to switch between saved views on the idea board
It is possible to display different filters by selecting the right one as following:
Click to view settings
Select a filter to display matching ideas
How to update the parameters of a saved view
To update a saved view follow these steps:
Select the view you that you want to update
Click on the "Filters" option
Update parameters
Save changes by selecting "Update current view" option
How to delete a saved view
To delete a saved view proceed as following:
Select the view settings
Fin the saved view and select the bin icon to delete it
