Once a story map linked to a Trello board, any new item created in Trello can be imported into StoriesOnBoard. We indicate changes with a red dot on the integration setting icon on the story map interface.

By clicking on the “Import & sync changes from Trello” you will import any new card which is not yet available on StoriesOnBoard.

New items always go to “Unscheduled cards” area under import placeholders in the first columns of the story map.

Move the imported card(s) under the right goal and step into the relevant release. If you moved all newly imported cards to the right place on the story map, you can delete the import placeholders.
