With the introduction of Products, all assets has been migrated to “Default product” entity on your workspace. You can now manage product related assets even more efficiently and access your product dashboard and seamlessly oversee your activities and assets.

You can rename your product and continue your work as usual with the benefits of using Products.

In case you want to separate your teams or isolate various product development activities, you can now migrate your mixed assets into dedicated Product entities.

Reach out to your Subscription Admins and Workspace Admins as they have the necessary rights to create and manage products as well as to move assets between products.

In case you manage multiple products or developments within your organization or for your clients, Products are made for you. Due to hierarchy changes on StoriesOnBoard, we migrate all of your assets into a single “Default product” entity. Do not worry, every settings and access to your assets remained the same as before.

To enhance your operation excellence and manage your products individually in order to have a better overview of your projects, now you can create individual products on your workspace for each of your projects. This allows you to isolate teams and products as necessary.

Reach out to your Subscription Admins and Workspace Admins as they have the necessary rights to create and manage products as well as to move assets between products.

If a global persona (the former name of the reusable persona) is added to a story map, it will be copied to the new product when the story map is moved.

If some required personas aren't added to the story map you moved, they won't be available on the new product.

We would advice to create an empty story map, add a card and assign all the required personas to the card. Then move the story map to the new product. All the assigned personas will be added (and available on other story maps) to the new product.

The number of products you can create is based on your subscription plan.
