Who can invite users for products?
Subscription Admin and Workspace Admin
can invite new users to products even if users are not present on the workspace yet. In case a new user is invited to the workspace, they will be added to a product or products if required.
can access every products and oversee all users on the workspace and on products
can add or remove users from products
Member
can invite new user to those products only where the member itself has access to
can add user to product assets where the member itself has the right to add users (e.g., the member is a story map admin or member on a roadmap)
How to invite new users to products?
Visit the Side menu and select the “Users” menu
Click on “Invite new users”
Add email address
Select user role
Set invitation rights
Select which product(s) you grant access to the new user
Select which product assets can be accessed
Invite new users as Subscription Admin or Workspace Admin
Invite new users as Member
How to add existing users to products?
Add existing users to products as Subscription Admin or Workspace Admin
Option 1 - Adding existing user to product from “Users” menu
Visit the Side menu and select the “Users” menu
Find the user
Select product to grant access
Option 2 - Adding existing user to product on product list view
Visit the Side menu and select the product menu
Click on “All Products”
Find the right product
Click on the three dots menu
Select “Share”
Select user
Click “Add” to add the user

Visit the Side menu and select the product to access its dashboard
Click “Share”
Select user
Click “Add” to add the user
