Overview

The Board Activity Panel is a real-time activity feed built into the story map itself. It gives you a live, chronological view of everything happening on your story map, whether changes are made by teammates, integrations, or AI agents. It acts as your story map's changelog, always up to date and always just a click away.

How to access board activities

  1. Open your story map

  2. Select the "Board Activity" icon

  3. Browse activities

What activities are tracked

Changes are falling into the following groups:

  • Card-related activities

  • Release-related activities

  • AI agent & MCP activities

  • Detailed changes

Follow changes mode

The "Follow Changes" toggle lets the board automatically track new activity as it arrives.

Tip: Follow Changes is especially useful when monitoring AI agent work in real time. You can watch the board update as the agent makes changes.

How to turn ON/OFF Follow changes mode

When turned ON:

  • Any new activity that references a card will cause the board to auto-scroll to that card and highlight it

  • This works for both human and AI-generated activity

  • If the card is already visible in your viewport, it will be highlighted without scrolling

  • Release-only activities and activities referencing deleted cards do not trigger a scroll
