1. Open the story map
2. Find the card you wish to delete
3. Hover the card with your cursor
4. Select the three dots menu
5. Proceed with "Delete"
6. Confirm you action and click "Delete"

How to delete a backlog item step-by-step guide

Open the story map and find the card you wish to delete. Then, hover your cursor above the card and select the three dots menu then click on "Delete".

By confirming your action the card will be deleted and placed into the Trash Bin. 

Please note that when cards deleted, they are moved to the trash bin. You may restore deleted items or delete them permanently from trash. 

If you delete a top level or a second level card, their children will be deleted with them and you may restire them from the trash bin if needed. 

1. Visit "Settings"
2. Select "Deleted cards"
3. Find your item and select "Restore"

3. Find your item and select "Delete"

Please note that if you delete a card permanently it cannot be undone.

In case you wish to delete all items from the trash bin, users with Admin role can select the "Empty Trash" button as following:

1. Visit "Settings"
2. Select "Deleted cards"
3. Find your item and select "Empty Trash"
