How to archive an insight
There are times when you no longer need to consider an insight you received from stakeholders due to change in strategy for instance. You can archive insights and put them into the default "Archive" list.
Archive insights from the inbox
Visit the "Insights" tab
Find the Insight and select "Archive"
Archive insights on the idea board
Visit the "Ideas" tab
Select an Idea and find the Insight
Then select the "Archive" option
Archive insight from a list
Visit the "Insights" tab
Select a list and find the Insight
Then select the "Archive" option
How to restore an archived insight
Each archived insights are stored in the default "Archived" located in the "Insights" interface. To restore any of the archived insights simply follow these steps:
Visit the "Insights" tab
Select the "Archived" list
Find the insight you want to restore and select "Restore"
How to delete an insight
When an insight no longer needed, you can delete it. In order to delete an insight, first you need to archive it then you can delete it from the "Archived" list. Insights can be deleted from any lists without putting them into the "Archived" list.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
Please, note that if you delete an Insight, you cannot undo this step.
Delete insights from the "Archived" list
Visit the "Insights" tab
Select the "Archived" list
Find the Insight and select "Delete"
Delete insight from any list view
Visit the "Insights" tab
Select the required list
Find the Insight and select "Delete"
