Overview
StoriesOnBoard offers a dedicated Feedback Management solution to receive, organize and prioritize user and stakeholder insights. You can create actionable feature ideas, connect the received insights to ideas and access them on the story map and incorporate insights into the next release cycle.

How to processing ideas and insights on the story map
Feedback Management on StoriesOnBoard help to take the right actions and act on valuable insights. While your insights lands in the insight inbox you can connect them to the right ideas/initiatives.
Ideas that should make into the next development cycle can be pushed directly to the backlog so you can start processing them.
You can access Ideas and the connected Insights in your backlog by opening the Idea panel as following:
This allows you to access the Idea list you created on the Idea board. You can filter or search for Ideas to start processing the connected Insights.
Consider Insights and incorporate them into the backlog
Select an Idea from the list and access its details and the connected Insights you received from users and stakeholders.
Each Insights you considered, you can act on and incorporate them into the next development cycle in the product backlog itself and create backlog items accordingly. This will allow your team to deliver the best possible value release by release.
Keep up with processed and unprocessed insights and deliver value incrementally.
Delivered Ideas
When all of the received Insights has been considered for an Idea, you can mark the idea as processed.
You can follow planning and backlog grooming by reviewing Ideas in progress and completed Ideas through the Idea panel.
Closing the feedback loop
Taking advantage of Feedback management on StoriesOnBoard allows your team to quickly process invaluable insights and feedbacks, prioritize them and efficiently incorporate them into the product backlog where you can work out all the necessary details to deliver more value for your users in each release.
