What is an insight list
Insight lists help to keep your insights organized. When you receive many insights from users and stakeholders, they may not processed right away or there are certain topics that should be addressed for later. You can create insight lists to store your insights as organized as possible around important topics.
There are two types of insight:
Main lists
Inbox
Incubated
Archived
Your lists
How to create a new insight list
To create a new insight list for your requirements simply click on the "Create new list" icon. Then enter the name of your list and save it.
How to move insights to a list
You can move any insight from you inbox into a list or from a list into an other list. Find your insight you wish to relocate then click on the three dot menu. Then select "Move to..." and choose a list where you want to move your insight.
How to rename or delete an insight list
To rename or delete an insight list, navigate to the list and select the pencil icon to edit the name of your list or the bin icon to delete your list.
When you delete a list, you have two option to proceed with:
Select a list where you insights will be transferred
Delete the list and archive your insights
How to change the order of your insight lists
To change the order of your insight lists simply grab the order icon and drag it to the right place.
