Open your Jira project
Visit "Project settings"
Select "Issues"
Select "Screens"
Click on the edit icon
Select your screen
Add "Story Points" to the list
Open the story map
Visit "Settings"
Select "Integration settings"
Select the "General settings tab"
Enable the "Synchronize estimation changes" option
Hit "Save changes"

Subscription Admin and Admin can initiate the setup of synchronization for estimation field with story points. You also need the necessary rights on the Jira side to access and make modification in the project settings of the project.
Step-by-step guide to setup sync for estimation field with story points - Company managed Jira project
Open the Jira project that you linked to your story map. Then visit "Project settings".
Select "Issues" and go to "Screens". Then click to the edit icon to edit.
Select your screen to proceed the next step.
At the end of the list search for "Story Points" and add it to the list.
Open the story map you linked to the Jira project and visit "Settings" and select "Integration settings".
Enable the "Synchronize estimation changes" option and hit "Save changes".
