Subscription admin(s) can change billing information or credit card data on workspace dashboard Manage workspace › Billing menu.
You can easily change the company name and address, Email address, or your VAT number by selecting Update Billing Info from Your billing info block. Finally, please click to Save Billing Info button to save your data.

Subscription Admins can also download the required invoice from Manage workspace › Billing › Billing History block by selecting Download link.

If you wish to add a new credit card please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your workspace dashboard and select Manage workspace › Billing menu;

  2. Then choose Your Payment Info block and select Update Payment Info;

  3. Please enter your credit card number, the expiration date and the CVV code into their respective fields;

  4. Select Save Payment Info button to confirm changes.
