Who can edit billing information and credit card details

There are multiple user roles available on StoriesOnBoard but only Subscription Admins can access and edit billing informations and update credit card details. 

How to edit billing information and credit card details

1. Select your profile
2. Access the "Billing" menu 
3. Update your billing information
4. Update your credit card details

Step-by-step guide to edit billing information and credit card details

To access your billing information navigate to your profile and select the "Billing" menu. 

Select "Update Billing info" or "Update Payment info" to edit your credentials. You can also download your invoice here. 

Once you updated your information click "Save" to complete the change. 

Here is a quick overview - please note that the "Billing" menu is available in the Profile menu as shown above. 

To download your invoices, please visit the "Billing" menu and select the right invoice to download.
