How to subscribe to a paid plan
If you are a Subscription Admin on the workspace where you wish to subscribe to a paid plan please follow these steps:
Make sure you are a Subscription Admin on the workspace
Select your user in the bottom left corner
Click on the "Billing" menu
Select the right amount of licenses
Select your payment (annual / monthly)
Choose a suitable plan
Fill out the Billing Information form
Complete the payment
Step-by-step guide to subscribe to a plan
Make sure you are a Subscription Admin then open the profile menu and select the "Billing" option.
Select the number of user licenses and the payment type (annual or monthly) then choose the right plan. Save 25% on annual plans.
Enter your Billing and Payment details then complete your order by clicking on "Place your order".
What to do if you need a Purchase Order (PO)
If you require an offer submitted to your team to complete a Purchase Order, please contact our team via the built-in chat in the application or send an email to sales@storiesonboard.com.
For the annual plans, you can also use wire transfer as a payment method.
How to upgrade your plan or add more licenses
You can any time upgrade your plan or increase the number of licenses. If you subscribed for an annual plan, you can any time add new licenses to your subscription and we will prorate the new licenses' fee for the remaining time period of your subscription.
