How can I receive my invoices from StoriesOnBoard?
When you subscribe for a paid annual or monthly plan on StoriesOnBoard, you need to enter your Billing Information and Credit Card details in the "Billing" menu.
We will automatically send your invoices to the provided email address.
In case you do not find your invoices, please have a look at your spam folder as well and in the same time consider making hello@storiesonboard.com as a safe sender in your email client so next the emails won't be classified as spam.
If you require an offer submitted to your team to complete a Purchase Order, please contact our team via the built-in chat in the application or send an email to sales@storiesonboard.com.
For the annual plans, you can also use wire transfer as a payment method.
Who can access billing information, card details and invoices
There are multiple user roles available on StoriesOnBoard but only Subscription Admins can access and edit billing informations and update credit card details.
Where to find your invoices and how to download them
You can find all of your invoices in the "Billing" menu.
To download your invoices simply select the invoice and click "Download".
