Overview

Labels are customizable tags that help categorize and prioritize roadmap cards, linking them to epics, releases, or user stories from your product backlog. You can use labels like "High Priority," "Q1 Release," "Team A," or "Feature X" to quickly identify the status, timeline, or theme of each card, enhancing visibility and organization.

How to create new labels on your roadmap

  1. Select the three dots menu on a roadmap card

  2. Choose "Labels"

  3. Select the "Add new label" option

  4. Add title to the label

  5. Select color

  6. Save your settings

How to edit/delete labels on your roadmap

  1. Access labels on any roadmap cards (three dots menu)

  2. Select "Labels"

  3. Fin the label you want to edit

  4. Click on the three dots menu

  5. Select "Edit label" or "Delete label"

How to assign labels to a roadmap card

  1. Find the roadmap card

  2. Select the three dots menu

  3. Click on "Labels"

  4. Select label(s) to be assigned to the card


To remove label(s) from a roadmap card simply select the label again.
