If you have a solid idea about what kind of product or solution you want to build this option is for you. You can generate an entire story map / product backlog to get start with based on your product description in just less than a minute. The result will contain high-level user goals, tasks and user stories. Each user story cards will automatically include the user story description as well.

When the story map is successfully created, you can edit any cards or add new ones to the board. Then you can proceed to create your releases and focus on your planning and prioritization activities.

Select the product where you want to create the story map.

Once you accessed the product you can create a new story map directly on the product dashboard as following:

Alternatively, you can also visit the "Story map" menu and select "Add a new story map".

Any of the above options you select you will land on the following screen where you can select the "Create by copy" option from the list.

Then enter your detailed product information or select from our predefined templates to start with.

Once you hit "Create" the story map will be generated with rich details.
