Overview

Feedback management on StoriesOnBoard allows you to collect insights and feedbacks from users and stakeholders, organize these insights into actionable feature ideas on the built in Idea board interface. In order to efficiently handle the received information and incorporate them into the product backlog you can push Ideas to story map interface.

How to push Ideas to the story map

  1. Open the Idea board

  2. Find the Idea and click on the three dots menu

  3. Select "Push to story map"

  4. Choose the right backlog


Once the Idea is in your backlog you can place it into the right release. Open the idea panel and select the idea to access its details and process the connected insights and incorporate them into the next development cycle to deliver value users really want.
