How to generate Personal access token (Fine-grained) on GitHub
Visit GitHub and open Settings > Developer settings (click here)
Select “Fine-grained tokens”
Choose “Generate new token”
Enter your token name and description
Set expiration date
Set Repository access
Adjust permissions
Copy the generated token into StoriesOnBoard integration settings
Step-by-step guide to generate a Personal access token on GitHub
To generate your new Personal access token visit GitHub and open Settings > Developer settings. Then select “Generate new token”.
💡 Tip - Click here to generate your Personal access token on GitHub.
The select "Fine-grained tokens" and proceed with the "Generate new token" option.
Enter the name and description of your token and set expiration date.
Choose the right "Repository access" and adjust permissions in the "Add permissions menu". Then click on "Generate token".
Copy the generated token and return to StoriesOnBoard and open the story map you want to link.

On the story map visit the "Setting" menu and select "Integration settings" to complete the setup and paste the generated Personal access token to finalize the integration.
