Overview

Never lose track of what changed and why on your story map. You can keep up with card related changes and track versioning of your team's edits and compare different versions.

What is logged in card history

Card history allows you to keep track of the following changes:

  • change in card description

  • release updates

  • status updates

  • estimation changes

How to access card history

To access the card history, open your story map and select a card in your backlog. Open the card and scroll down to the bottom of the cards description and click on "History".

How to view versions

By opening a card and visiting the "History" tab you can find versions of the give card and compare selected versions. Simply select a version you interested in as following:

Review and compare versions

To review and compare versions, open the card and visit the "History" tab and select a version. Then you will be able to review and compare different versions and access changes. Green highlights display newly added contents while red highlights shows removed contents.

What happens when description conflict is detected

In the event of a description conflict you may select the perspective and view changes made by others or review your own changes. Once again, green highlights represent added contents and red highlights represent removed contents.

You can proceed in three ways in case of description conflict:

  • Keep editing an merge changes manually

  • Keep keep others edits and undo yours

  • Keep yours and overwrite others edits
